Gathering. King at temple.

The lake rises above the earth: the image of Gathering. The superior man puts away his weapons and guards against the unexpected.

Six at start

Sincere but unfinished - chaos. Shout, unite.

Sincerity cannot be maintained to the end; there is scattering and then gathering. If you call out for gathering, shake hands, and have no anxiety, going forward brings no misfortune.

Six second

Drawn forward - fortune, simple sacrifice.

Being led to gather brings good fortune. No misfortune. A sincere person, even with a meager offering, is favored in prayer.

Six third

Gathering and sighing - not favorable.

Gathering but sighing. No benefit. Going forward brings no misfortune, but there is a small difficulty.

Nine fourth

Great fortune - no blame.

Great good fortune. No misfortune—virtue wins the crowd; all look to you.

Nine fifth

Gathering in position - no blame.

Gathering and having a position. No misfortune. When trust is not yet gained, long perseverance causes regret to disappear.

Six above

Weeping, sighing, tears - no blame.

Weeping and sighing, tears flowing. But no misfortune—sorrow at not being able to gather is genuine.
