Dispersion. King at temple.

The Wind over the Water, Dispersion. The ancient kings, in accordance with this, presented offerings to the Lord and established temples.

Six at start

Swift rescue with strong horse - fortune.

Using a strong horse to rescue, good fortune. — Swiftly remedy at the onset of dispersion.

Nine second

Scattered - hasten to the stand. Regret gone.

In dispersion, rushing to a place of support, remorse vanishes. — Finding a refuge.

Six third

Scattering self - no regret.

Dispersion of the self, no regret. — Letting go of ego enables gathering.

Six fourth

Scattering the group - great fortune.

Dispersion of small groups, great good fortune. After dispersion, gathering into a great multitude like a hill, beyond ordinary imagination.

Nine fifth

Scattering the great - sweat the proclamation.

Issuing great commands like sweat, dispersing the accumulated evils of the king's dwelling, no blame. — Removing deep-rooted abuses.

Scattering blood - depart far. No blame.

Dispersion of worries, escaping harm, no blame. — Completely freeing from fear.
